Mark Bomse. Bomse is the Senior Vice President of Leasing at Greenberg Gibbons. Mr. Bomse joined Greenberg Gibbons in 1997. Projects include co-acquisition/disposition director of a $41M retail portfolio located in and around Atlanta, GA; development and leasing director for the 240,000 sf Westminster Crossing complex, leasing director for Braemar Shopping Center, The Village at Waugh Chapel and development/acquisition director for the company’s corporate headquarters in Owings Mills. Other leasing projects include Annapolis Towne Centre, Hunt Valley Towne Centre, Towne Centre at Laurel, Foundry Row, Waugh Chapel Towne Centre. White Marlin Mall and Edgewater Village Center. Prior to joining the company was leasing/asset manager for a +/-1M sf portfolio of retail assets located in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, FL and president of Neighborhood Management Group in Baltimore. Mr. Bomse holds a Bachelor of Science from York College of PA and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
