Ami Ziff. Ziff is the Director of National Retail for Time Equities, Inc (TEI). In his sixth year with TEI, Mr. Ziff is responsible for overseeing retail acquisitions as well as managing and leasing a 2 MM square foot portfolio, valued at approximately $300 MM, consisting of 44 properties throughout 16 states.
After graduating from the College of Charleston (Charleston, SC) with a degree in business and concentration in finance, Mr. Ziff secured a position at DTZ Rockwood, a New York City based full-service real estate investment banking firm. After underwriting and working on the disposition of over $100 MM of retail centers, Mr. Ziff accepted a job with TEI.
Mr. Ziff is a licensed real estate broker in New York and South Carolina and is an active member of ICSC, currently serving as the New York / Northern New Jersey Next Generation Chair.
Mr. Ziff enjoys spending his free time on the tennis court and traveling abroad.
