David DePetris.  DePetris is the Principal of Legend Properties, Inc. With over 19 years of experience in retail commercial brokerage, David has an outstanding track record in leasing centers for Landlords and has also been successfully involved in a number of Tenant Representative accounts such as Great Clips for Hair; Helzberg Diamonds; Save A Lot Food Markets and Ace Hardware. DePetris is Office Manager of the Conshohocken Office. David is an active participant in all Executive Management issues. He is a member of ICSC and sits on the Board of Directors for Tri-State Association of Realtors, where he is also a member of the Educational Committee and the Arbitration & Grievance Committee. Prior to joining Legend Properties, Inc., David spent almost 3 years in the public accounting sector and worked for Ernst and Young.
