Elizabeth Allen. Allen is a Vice President with the Dallas Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. In this position, Allen handles general brokerage, including retail project representation and retail tenant representation. She also handles property disposition. Allen, who joined Weitzman in 2003, previously worked with The Industrial Group (TIG) and Nabholtz Properties.

Allen was named a "Heavy Hitter", the Dallas Business Journal’s ranking of the top commercial real estate brokers in Dallas/Fort Worth for 2006, 2007 and 2008. In 2011, the Dallas Business Journal recognized her as a "40 Under Forty" professional, based on professional and civic accomplishments.
Organizations
Allen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, for which she serves as the ICSC Texas Dealmaking conference chair for 2013. She previously served as ICSC Texas Next Gen State Chair from 2009 to 2012. She also is a member of the ICSC Next Gen Advisory Group. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), as well as the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the SMU Real Estate Society. She also is an active member of Junior League of Dallas.
Education
Allen received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
